আজ বেদ হতে কিছু অপপ্রচার এর জবাব দিব।

বেদে গোহত্যা এবং গোমাংস খাওয়া সম্পূর্ণ ভাবে নিষিদ্ধ এটা কমুনিস্ট এবং মিশনারীরা মানতে পারে না। আমাদের বৈদিক সমাজ ব্যবস্থা তাদের সমাজ এর চেয়ে আদর্শিক ভাবে উন্নত। এদের সাথে যোগ হয়েছে একদল ধর্ম ব্যবসায়ী। তারা বেদ ও মনুসংহিতা থেকে গরুর মাংস খাওয়ার Reference খুঁজে বের করতে চায় একটি এদের সহজ Trick হচ্ছে ‘মানসা‘ কে meat / মাংস হিসেবে অনুবাদ করা । ‘মানসা‘ মানে ডাল জাতীয় খাবার । 

অপপ্রচার:  Rigveda (10/85/13) declares, On the occasion of a girl’s marriage oxen and cows are slaughtered.

জবাব: প্রকৃতঅর্থে মন্ত্র টি বলে সূর্যের আলো শীতকালে ম্লান হয়ে যায় এবং বসন্ত কালে শক্তি ফিরে পায় । (the rays of sun get weakened and then get strong again in spring.)

The word used for sun-rays in ‘Go’ which also means cow and hence the mantra can also be translated by making ‘cow’ and not ‘sun-rays’ as the subject. The word used for ‘weakened’ is ‘Hanyate’ which can also mean killing. But if that be so, why would the mantra go further and state in next line (which is deliberately not translated) that in spring, they start regaining their original form.How can a cow killed in winter regain its health in spring? This amply proves how ignorant and biased communists malign Vedas.

সমপদ জিনিস তা এরা বুজে না। 

২. অপপ্রচার: Rigveda (6/17/1) states that “Indra used to eat the meat of cow, calf, horse and buffalo.”

জবাব: মন্ত্র টি বলছে মেধাবী পন্ডিতরা বিশ্ব কে আলোকিত করেন যেমন কাঠ যোগ্গের এর আগুন এর আলো বাড়ায় । 

৩. অপপ্রচার: ব্লগ এ ম জ বাসার নামে এক পন্ডিত বলছে(লিঙ্ক),”বৃষের মাংশ [বেদ:১/১৬৪/৪৩], মহিষের মাংস [বেদ: ৫/২৯/৮], অজের মাংস [বেদ:১/১৬২/৩] খাওয়া হতো।- আরও বলা হয়েছে পরস্বিনী গাভী মানুষের ভজনীয় [ বেদ:৪/১/৬]।- গো হত্যা স্থানে গাভীগণ হত্যা হতো [বেদ:১০/৮৯/১৪]। ইন্দ্রের জন্য গোবৎস উৎসর্গ করা হয়েছে। [ঋকবেদ:১০:৮৬:১৪]। এমনকি উপনিষদ বলছে: ‘বেদজ্ঞান লাভ করতে হলে, স্বাস্থ্যবাদ সন্তান লাভ করতে হলে ষাঁড়ের মাংস খাওয়া জরুরী।” 

জবাব: সমপদের অর্থ আর প্রয়োগ না জানলে এ রকম ই হবে । 

যেমন: �keshavaM patitaM dr^shtvA pandavAH harshsha nirbharAH 

rudanti kauravAssarve hA keshava hA keshava.� 

সোজা কথায় মন্ত্রের অর্থ হবে কেশব/কৃষ্ণকে পরে যেতে দেখে পান্ডবরা উল্লসিত হলো আর কৌরবরা ও কৃষ্ণ, ও কৃষ্ণ বলে অর্থনাদ করে উঠলো। এখন এটার কোনো মানে হয় না । কারণ কৃষ্ণ ছিলেন পান্ডবদের পক্ষে। 

একই শব্দের নানা অর্থ থাকে। 

দেখুন: 

১. কেশব= জল 

২. পান্ডব= সারস পাখি 

৩. কৌরব= কাক 

৪. শব= মৃত দেহ 

এবার অর্থ দেখুন: 

�keshavaM patitaM dr^shtvA pandavAH harshsha nirbharAH

rudanti kauravAssarve hA keshava hA keshava.� 

মৃত দেহটিকে জলে পড়ে যেতে দেখে সারস পাখি খুশি হলো এবং কাক আর্তনাদ করে উঠলো- মৃত দেহটি 

জলে পড়ে গেছে, মৃত দেহটি জলে পড়ে গেছে। 

এখন আমাদের পন্ডিতরাকি বলবেন ‘ কৃষ্ণকে পান্ডবরা ঘৃনা করতেন?’

একই ভাবে বাসার ভাই চালাকি করেছেন । 

আমি দেখাচ্ছি: 

“বৃষের মাংশ [বেদ:১/১৬৪/৪৩], মহিষের মাংস [বেদ: ৫/২৯/৮], অজের মাংস [বেদ:১/১৬২/৩] খাওয়া হতো।- আরও বলা হয়েছে পরস্বিনী গাভী মানুষের ভজনীয় [ বেদ:৪/১/৬]।- গো হত্যা স্থানে গাভীগণ হত্যা হতো [বেদ:১০/৮৯/১৪]। ইন্দ্রের জন্য গোবৎস উৎসর্গ করা হয়েছে। [ঋকবেদ:১০:৮৬:১৪]। এমনকি উপনিষদ বলছে: ‘বেদজ্ঞান লাভ করতে হলে, স্বাস্থ্যবাদ সন্তান লাভ করতে হলে ষাঁড়ের মাংস খাওয়া জরুরী।” 

অপপ্রচার: ইন্দ্রের জন্য গোবৎস উৎসর্গ করা হয়েছে। [ঋকবেদ:১০:৮৬:১৪] 

জবাব: 

�ghastta indra ukshshaNaH priyam…..� _RigVeda 10.86.13 

�ukshshaNo hi me panchadasha sAkaM pachanti vimshatiM…� _RigVeda 10.86.14 

অর্থ : 

rik 10.86.13, IndrANi tells Indra, �please receive your favorite soma quickly..� 

In rik 10.86.14 Indra replies, �they are preparing soma for offering fifteen and twenty times..� 

এখানে ukshshNa মানে সোম, বৃষ নয়। 

অপপ্রচার:  মহিষের মাংস [বেদ: ৫/২৯/৮] খাওয়ার কথা রয়েছে । 

জবাব:  �trI yachChatA mahishshANAmag 

ho mastrI….� _ RigVeda 5.29.8

সঠিক অর্থ: 

oh Indra, when

you have recieved three hundred offerings of soma, you will be powerful to kill vr^tra.

অপপ্রচার: অজের মাংস [বেদ:১/১৬২/৩] খাওয়া হতো। 

জবাব: 

�eshshachChAgaH puro ashvena vAjinA…� _RigVeda 1.162.3 

সঠিক অর্থ: 

�the morning fire is lit before, thew sun, the giver of food rises� 

এখানে ছাগ মানে shr^ngarahita ajA / সিন্হীন ছাগল নয় বরং উষালোক। 

অপপ্রচার: বৃষের মাংশ [বেদ:১/১৬৪/৪৩] খাওয়া হতো। 

জবাব: 

�…ukshANaM pRshnimapachanta vIrAH…….�…_ RigVeda 1.164.43 

সঠিক অর্থ: I saw from far away the smoke of fuel with spires that rose on high o’er that beneath it.

অপপ্রচার: পরস্বিনী গাভী মানুষের ভজনীয় [ বেদ:৪/১/৬]। 

জবাব:  Excellent is the glance, of brightest splendour, which the auspicious God bestows on mortals-

The God’s glance, longed-for even as the butter, pure, heated, of the cow, the milch-cow’s bounty.

কোথাও বলা নেই গরু কে জবাই কর । 

অপপ্রচার: – গো হত্যা স্থানে গাভীগণ হত্যা হতো [বেদ:১০/৮৯/১৪]। 

জবাব: এখানে Grifith সাহেবের Translation করলে হবে না । Grifith হিন্দুদের খ্রিস্টিয়ান ধর্মে ধর্মান্তরিত করতে সেই Translation করেসিলেন এটা প্রমানিত । এখানে এই ধরনের কোনো কথা বলা হয় নি । এটি একটি প্রার্থনা সঙ্গীত । 

Indra- O glorious warrior!

Te- Your

Aghasya- destroyer of evil

Chetya- power

Kahrrisvit- when

Asat- will appear

Yat- with which you

Rakshah- monsters

Bhinadah- kill

Mitrkruvo- those who are cruel to our dear ones

Eshat- cast terror in them

Yat- so that

Shasne- in the battlefield

Na- just like

Aaryak- after death

Gaavah- animals

Prathivyah- on the field

Shayante- lay or sleep

O glorious soldier! Where is your valor with which you kill the devils and cast terror in the hearts of wrong-doer cruel criminals and due to which they will be lying dead just like animals lay on ground while sleeping.(Rig Veda 10.89.14)

আমি সকল কে বলব বেদ থেকে একটি মন্ত্র দেখান যেটাতে গোহত্যা এবং গোমাংস খাওয়া বৈধতা দেয়া হয়েছে তাহলে আমি আপনার কথা মত বিশ্বের যেকোনো ধর্ম গ্রহণ করব আর আপনি যদি না পারেন তবে আপনাকে হিন্দু ধর্মে ফিরে আসতে হবে ।
